Our Delivery Team is known for their professionalism. They are friendly, trustworthy and respectful when entering your home. They will treat your furniture with the best care when placing it in your home.
To ensure that your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, please consider the following guidelines:

Call ahead with any special requests, such as hauling away old furniture or moving your current furniture to a different room.
- 2.
Make sure your driveway or street front is ready for our truck’s arrival.
- 3.
Check to see if there is a clear walkway into your home. Snow, ice, leaves, dirt, lawn décor and other debris may affect the delivery. Likewise, make sure there is a clear path in your home to the room that is getting your new furniture.
- 4.
Be certain to inform the delivery team of any special instructions, such as "Please, stay off the hardwood" or "Please watch out for wet paint on the living room walls".
- 5.
To ensure that everything is satisfactory, it is advised that you inspect and operate the furniture while the delivery team is still present and voice any questions or concerns.
